District 15 will be celebrating World Read Aloud Day all week February 3-7, 2025. Storytelling creates connections among people, and communities that exchange stories and engage in reading aloud together become stronger and show improved family health and nutrition, civic engagement, and participation in the labor market. District 15 is proud to participate in fostering a love of reading! Over the coming weeks, the District 15 World Read Aloud Weekwebsite will continue to be updated as activities are released. World Read Aloud Day, founded by LitWorld, is an international advocacy day celebrated by over 170 million people worldwide.
